Dj has a very small tear (quarter inch) at the bottom left hand corner of the back cover. Some slight creasing at either end of spine; now protected inside a cover. 183 glossy pages of beautiful full-colour artwork produced by disabled artists with an accompanying text. Marc Alexander was an art teacher and then a Fleet Street journalist before turning to full-time authorship and photography. Having been disabled himself during his boyhood in New Zealand, his experience of a long period of immobilization has helped him to appreciate the effort made by the artists he has written up in this book.
