Binding is cream cloth with red lettering on the spine; 96 pages including some black and white photographs. Sine small dark stains to the lower edge of the binding. A previous owner's name neatly written to the top of the opening page. Some edgewear to the dj, which has a half inch section missing from the top of the spine and sevela small tears. Expression in three dimensions as well as mere design and decoration are obtained in the paper-sculptured model. The course of instruction for beginners, which can be tackled at no great expense, will soon yield fascinating results. In addition the true artist will quickly grasp the essentials and find the fullest scope for imaginative talent. Paper, materials and tools needed to make a start are esaily acquired, and preliminary exercises, such as cutting, scoring, folding and bending soon mastered. In no time the student will be able to produce some of the charming models from the gallery of illustrations in the book. Paper Sculpture forms an ideal subject not only for study in the school, but at educational centres and in the home.
